Placed an order on-line around 630 pm Had to call at 730 pm when order hadn't turned up to be told it would be no longer than 15 mins Then had to phone again at 8 pm to ask why it still hadn't turned up asked if I was untitled to a refund and was told no we only give refund if problem with food quality Food turned up only just warm But due to the time of night couldn't be bothered to call to complain about it Shocking service and no commitment from you to resolve the problem very disappointed

£18 wasted. Food felt like it had been left and kept warm and no more. As for chips, they were cold and hard. This is too much money to lose on a meal that was barely edible.

Burnt chips and Donner meat. Hardly any cheese on the chips

Ordered 9.40pm still awaiting at 10.35 phoned and was told was just leaving food arrived freezing cold naan bread freezing chips and donner dry and cold, chips and cheese cold cheese not even melted only thing that was hot was the sausage and king rib, it’s like the rest of the order was made up and waiting on the two items that were hot! main order: chips and cheese large - COLD Chips and donner large - COLD Garlic naan - COLD and hard Would off rather had my order declined if it couldn’t be managed, seriously disappointing as my birthday dinner

3 times in a row now my order aint been delivered correctly. My usual go to for a takeaway but keep getting my order with missing items

Excellent quality and great portion size. The spaghetti bolognaise and chicken calzone pizza are exceptional.
